Tonight | The Antlers at the Paradise
Every Night My Teeth Are Falling Out
Brooklyn trio The Antlers will be at the Paradise
tonight, with Little Scream opening. The Antlers new album Burst Apart which dropped in May is significantly different and less weary than their 2009 debut Hospice, which was a ten-song album centered around a terminally ill hospice patient. Most were unsure what a follow up to Hospice would sound like, but Burst Apart carries on with vocalist and guitarist Peter Silberman’s signature falsetto, Darby Cicci’s unifying keyboards and Michael Lerner’s backing drums.
Where Hospice was beautifully depressing, Burst Apart is just beautiful. Most definitely worth catching live, doors
are at 8, tickets are $15.
