This Secret Sisters’ Cover of Johnny Cash’s Big River might just be one of the most rollicking and wild covers I’ve heard in a long while. Big ups to Jack White’s bluesy riffs and frenetic soloing. This is such a good time, you have to listen to it. More than once.
This past Tuesday night, a tour that has been years in the making found its way to the legendary Club Passim in Cambridge... that evening in the underground listening room was the kind that reminds you why small venues—and live music in general—matter.
