Andrew Leahey – Little In Love
[A]ndrew Leahey’s straight up southern rock sound and direct songwriting grabbed me on this single off his upcoming EP Summer Sleeves, which lands April 2nd. “Little In Love,” is a tune about the fleeting moments of falling in love with someone, those moments where the sun seems to shine just a bit brighter, and well everything is just a little better. And frankly, I think we could all use a little of this after the winter we’ve been having. His modern take bridges the gap between heartland roots rock and pop. You can hear a lot of influence from Tom Petty, it’s melodious & twangy in just the right places.
Look for Summer Sleeves out April 2nd.
