Mixtape | May 2024

March may be the in like a lion out like a lamb month, but here in New England I feel like May is the true month of transition finally away from the ick of early spring and into the warmth. The pollen count is high, your eyes itch, but you yearn for warm mornings leading to sunshine and the daily dose of cetirizine to not only make this month tolerable but actually wonderful.

There was a plurality of wonderful almost seasonally appropriate new music to dive into this month. The aptly named Flowers By the Roadside from the Felice Brothers, or Colorful State from Kishi Bashi.
